FAQs & Return Policy What is your return policy? I gladly accept returns on all ready-made jewelry listed on my website within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact me within that time to initiate a return. What about custom-sized pieces? Jewelry that has been made to your specific size or custom request is non-returnable, except in rare cases. If you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out — I’ll always do what I can to make it right. What if my jewelry arrives damaged? Each piece is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. If something is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so I can assist you. Are you responsible for allergic reactions or accidental damage? No, I am not responsible for personal allergic reactions to materials, or for damage due to misuse — such as if a child pulls it apart or decides to eat the beads! Please be mindful that handmade jewelry is delicate and not intended for rough handling. Do you offer repairs?
